How to migrate from SharePoint to Zoho Reports

Sorry, Zoho Reports does not support access of Sharepoint databases. Currently Zoho Reports support connectivity to SQL databases like Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase, MySQL, PostgreSQL and ANSI SQL databases. You can export the data in Sharepoint into CSV or Excel file format and import the same into Zoho Reports for analysis and reporting.

As you said, you could also get the data from Sharepoint into a SQL databases (any of the above mentioned) and then use the Zoho Reports Upload tool to connect to the SQL Databases, fetch the required records and upload into Zoho Reports.
